4. Payment Terms Payments are due as outlined in the project proposal. A deposit may be required before work commences, with progress payments due at specified milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Change Orders Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented and approved by both parties. Additional costs or time required for changes will be reflected in a revised project proposal.

6. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide access to the site, necessary permits, and any other requirements needed for the completion of the project. The client is also responsible for ensuring the site is free of any hazards.

7. Warranty and Liability Jake’s General Construction provides a warranty for workmanship and materials as specified in the project proposal. We are not liable for any damage caused by external factors, such as weather or improper maintenance by the client.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms and conditions. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Midland, Texas.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
